$4 Million Car Accident Case

Etan Hirsch and Joram Hirsch represented a young woman who was severely injured in a motor vehicle collision caused by a drunk driver.

The drunk driver had become intoxicated at a gathering of high school kids.  After the gathering concluded, the young woman was a passenger in a vehicle with the drunk driver and 4 other passengers.  The drunk driver drove off the road and struck a tree, resulting in injuries to our client.

We filed a lawsuit against multiple parties, including local businesses that sold alcohol which was brought to the gathering.

After a multi-party mediation, the case went to arbitration.  An arbitrator rendered an award in favor of our client for over $4 million.
